If you are doing a 2009 diet - leave NOW!

This is why diets don't work -
Your mug contains -
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Please ADD:
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
Mix well
Add small splash of vanilla
Add 3 tbsp choc chips (optional)
Mix again
Put mug in micro, and cook 3 minutes
The cake will rise over the top of the mug
allow to cool slightly and tip out of mug onto a plate...
eat and enjoy
serves 2 (if you wish to share)
yep - so have a nice day!

hi eila love the recipe, lol I am indeed watching my diet. I had lost 25lbs last year and haven't gain after all the winter foods and cookies.Even cakes. That is different. Someday I'll try it. I'd been eating like normal people and I do the walk the walk program with Leslie Sanson video WALK AWAY THE POUNDS. I love it. I did it back in April until summer, then went back on it in Sept. I want to but a nice dress for my niece's wedding in Oct. So I did dropped a dress size and it's felt great. Can't complain. I rather do it right than taken all those drugs stuffs and every once in awhile I drink green tea. So enough for now and I love the new background.Take care! Nancy

Oh dear. I read the "leave NOW" but it was too close to the word CHOCOLATE and I got sucked right in. Did you HAVE to capitalize the chocolate? Probably wouldn't have mattered anyway as the word CAKE sticks right out there, too. Hahahahaha! Now I've got to try baking in a mug! Never done that before. So much for my will-power!

You said on my blog that you like America's got talent. Well, you should REALLY try American Idol!! I like them both but American Idol is just.......MORE of a good thing. And I agree with you about Leverage, too!!! LOVE that new show! So! Check out American Idol tonight on Fox and I'll be waiting to hear what you think.

I'm going to have to try this recipe with my girls! We are all chocoholics although I am trying to lose weight. Well, maybe I'll just taste the girls' cakes!

Hey woman!
I gained two pounds just reading the recipe, ROTFLMFAO! Seriously, this sounds delicious and so easy, I can't wait to bake some up with Wyatt, it looks like it would be a fun 'kid's cook' thing to make.
Thanks for sharing.
